Whether you are a family of 4 or a group of 20, we work with every client to develop a trip that suits the needs and interests of your group. Just as each group is unique, so is each trip that we custom design.

Upon receipt of your completed form, Discover Europe will begin work on an initial proposal for your guided private tour based on the information given, free of charge. If you would like to proceed with the trip planning process, we require the below:

  •   Complete and submit a signed guided private tour registration form

    • All terms and conditions (including refund and cancellation policies) are detailed on the registration form.

  • A deposit of $1000 (per person)

Once we have received your registration form and deposit, we will be happy to revise your tour proposal until it meets your exact requirements. Once your proposed itinerary has been finalized, we will make all the necessary bookings that are included in your tour.

Interested in opening your Guided Tour up to the public?

We would be happy to provide you with alternative per-person costing based on the maximum number of participants you would like to accompany your group*.

*PLEASE NOTE: If your tour does not meet the total number of passengers your Guided Tour was based upon, your per-person cost will revert to the Guided Tour cost provided for the total number of travelers registered for the tour.
